This new site is in beta, as we are developing it.  When you go to UnitingCreatives.com, you will find the Marketplace in the top menu bar. Wow, I just did a series of posts here…and now I want to listen to you all.  What do you have to say about any or all of this?  What do you have to offer the conversation that would be beneficial to the greater conversation?

Right now, I am looking for forward thinking, “I can get it done” types who can work in collaboration with others as we figure out how to build a real community website from the ground up - for the people, by the people, for the world.

I want to attract people who are smart, resourceful, creative and capable, with either real muscle, or real genius who want to put their elbows to work making a difference.

The situation is this. I already have:

• A vision that is achievable. I know it could be done. I have done stuff like this in the real world - getting communities to work together for a common goal and even achieving their goal. So now all we have to do is mimic how that worked before online.
• I have rudimentary blueprints, diagrams and flow charts that I have drafted that show how it can work and what the extraordinary potential is when we do it online.
• I have done enough research in social marketing, blogging and info-preneuring to know that this is not only doable but desired by people all over the globe.
• I have found that leaders are ready to embrace it. People from all disciplines want to make a change, they just don’t know how to organize it, or lead it, or manage it once things change. And I know how to do that part…what we need is the place. The place online to have the conversation, to dream and discuss it — the workshop where we all can get to work. The people are ready.
• I have gathered a lot of pieces of human resources and ideas together for how to get it done. There are geniuses out there who already know stuff that would work.

So I understand the demand and have developed human potential management systems that help make it thinkable and workable.Is all my stuff pretty and packaged, and beautifully presented so I can send you a fancy presentation on it? No. I am not an architect, graphics person or finish work person.

I am a human change scientist type - I work with mindmaps and binders stuffed with ideas and research and leads and content ideas. I am officially an AdapatAbility(TM) Mentor and business coach for entrepreneurial types. What I am looking for: Team of Resourceful People

I am looking for a team of smart people to help me organize and do the technical work here. This is where I am stuck. I need capital of all kinds…intellectual, financial, human resources capital. I need people who are trailblazers and pathfinder to work out the realities of how to build such a community online, and in what sequence and order. To discuss how it can be done for the community effectively, fast and fun.

I really need a couple of significant contributors who want to create a new business community online that is working together to create a world that works for all of us, our children and our planet.

Please understand that I cannot hire you, so do not call to sell me on what you can do for me if I pay you. I do not have those resources. I have already invested enormously in my research and planning. It is time now for more people to step up to the plate with resources and genius.

Good question. I have part of the answer, and I need help to make it happen. Obviously I need volunteers who can help with building a blog, or blogs that work. Mine don’t, for I am over 50 years old and my mind is not equipped to run like the new ones in this way. I have some old stuff up there that is wired a little differently and that is terrific, too. This is not a complaint, it is an appreciation of agility and nimbleness of the brain with technology. My nimbleness and conditioning is of a different sort.

I am just me with my gifts and I need some other people who have gifts to “chew the fat” or “ruminate on it” as we used to say on the farm. I like that language - it is colorful and always reminds me of a contented cow chewing her cud. She knows she has to do it a bunch of times before it turns into either milk or manure — and she is ok with that. (So I guess I am now a cow in your image…and I guess that is o.k. for I am matched by a Taurus the Bull heritage they say in astrology…ahhh, well…another conversation, another time.)

And, we are business people. So our language is a little different. We would want to sit down at the table and just chew on the idea, or “mastermind” or “chart it out” or put a business plan to doing it.

And if we are more up to the minute of human potential talk, we talk about ‘intentional exponential segment intending’.

If we want something more from a networking community…what would that be?  What would we talk about?

Why not talk about stuff that matters to the healthy and vital perpetuation of the beauty of life itself? Because frankly, what is the point, if that is not the point?

Why not talk about this stuff:

• Our vision of how our whole business community could work to be supportive of vitality on the planet?
• “How can we create beyond sustainable businesses…all the way to a revitalizing business?”
• Why not talk about those people you know who have some new idea, or a new creation, or new resources to bring to the table of ideas?
• Why not share the trends that show us progress…where the sniffer dogs are running and pathfinding new stuff that is good news?
• Why not talk about who you are working with on an idea that matters to the earth, to our collective future, and enroll people in the masterminding?

That is the spirit of a new community…where we integrate the needs of our physical health and family with the needs of our economic realities, with the desire to create a world that works.

How do we do this?

Why not go way beyond cooperative, beyond collaborative to regenerative and then to synergistic? This happens in communities who have a vision already.  We can do this for our business community.  Why not?

Why not go way beyond sustainable to restorative and then on to revitalizing? We could.  People have, so why not talk about how we all could?  How could it work?

In a normal networking blog:

• Of course we want to do business with each other and make a good living doing it.
• Of course we want to network and have fun being human.
• Of course we have a unique gift to give and we need somewhere to showcase it so others can get our uniqueness, our value.
• Of course we want to promote others who we believe in.
• Of course we want to be exposed to new ideas, to learn and grow from all the brilliant new minds.
• Of course we want to achieve our potential, be safe, loved and free to create a beautiful future.

Of course. And of course our old models of thinking, working and doing business don’t really work so good any more - they need some renovation work done.  In fact it might be good to have some sustainable renovation, or some revitalization renovation work done.

The fact is, business has been a part of us getting our tail in a knot and creating a mess in the world…so it is time to figure that out and get on with it.   It is time to innovate, to get a new vision and a new dream, to gather new resources.

Why not take our thinking way out of the box of common thought, and exercise it a little?

Why not start thinking about doing business as a community in a way that matters holistically - to us, to our families, to the community, to the earth?  Why can’t we think like this?  Of course we can.  Many people are already doing this in different ways.  What would it take to gather their ideas together and start sharing them here?

What if we created a community that honors the human potential of business?  What if the question was not how can we do business in community and build community.  What if it was how can the community of business serve the planet and all life on earth?

For example, what if we quit worrying about saving the planet…and started thinking about how fast we could restore our ecosystems, our fisheries, our wildlife — as a business community?  What could our business community do here that would really, really make a difference?  What if we set our goal to figure out how to network together to make it happen?

Suddenly, the world view changes…and we are sitting beside each other figuring it out, not thinking about who is promoting who.  We start looking at who has the gift we need right now to get this huge job done.  Who else could we use,  how could it get done even faster?

Collaboration with a global purpose.  Business will come from that.  Money will move around the table…because that is how it works.

Are you looking for a place to show your stuff…to really show people what you can do to help others?  Would you love to help ‘change the future’ so that we can flourish with vitality, zest and happiness? Are you wishing you could find a community of people to work with who are in business on purpose…to matter to the world around us?

Well, that is what I want to do too.  So why not create a business community that really, actually works?  A community with a global vision and desire and common values.  A community that serves us, and I mean us…us humans, the whole species,  in an all new ‘out of the box’ way.

What if we could create a business aspiration for revitalization of the earth and its inhabitants?  Would you be interested?
